Clevedon Flower Show New Storage Containers.

Our show is an annual community event that has been in existence for 150yrs in our seaside town of Clevedon in North Somerset and we have always been lucky enough to have storage for the vast array of equipment needed to stage the shows. However this year we had the sad news that our storage location was not going to be available any more which put the long term future of the show in real doubt.

However, we have had some luck, and the show has been saved for future years as CLEVEDON SCHOOL have very kindly come forward to offer us space to store the equipment we have that’s needed each year for our Summer show and Christmas fair. But we need two large containers to be sited at the school for the storage solution and this comes at a considerable one-off cost of well over £7000.

We are a non-profit making show, run by a small volunteer committee of local people and the income generated each year goes to running the next year’s show. Each show costs over £25,000 to put on so we now need to appeal with this go fund me page to cover the costs of the extra expense of the new containers.

Once again, we thank our local CLEVEDON SCHOOL for helping save this annual community event and we are now asking you please for donations to this fundraiser to pay for our new containers.
