Age UK Somerset – Keep active in the Clevedon area

Age UK Somerset delivers friendly exercise classes for people over 55 across North Somerset.

In Clevedon you can join Strictly Seniors, a dynamic class which combines dance moves from salsa, rhumba and more. Held at Kenn Road Methodist Church, Thursdays at 2:00pm, £6.

In Yatton you can join Sit, Fit and Fun, a gentle chair-based session which uses fun props and laughter to get you moving. Held at Strawberry Gardens, Chestnut Park, BS49 4GB, on Fridays at 3:00pm, £4.
