Are you missing someone? Has someone you love died?

Sometimes it can be helpful just to talk to someone who understands!

The Grieve Well Café at Christchurch is for anyone who has lost someone close, either recently or a long time ago. We welcome people of all ages to come and chat, over refreshments. It is a chance to share experiences of loss or just to enjoy the company of people who have similar life stories.

Please come along, you can just drop in. We are open from 10:00am to noon.
